OR achieved Excellent Product Award

OR series, Ozone Disinfection Room developed jointly by IHI Shibaura Machinery Corporation and IHI Corporation, achieved the Excellent Product Award 2010 of The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Excellent Product Award is given to a product that has made a significant contribution to society, and only 5 companies were awarded this honor in 2010.

OR series is designed for Pre-disinfection solution before doing laundry in Hospitals and Clinics to prevent in-hospital infection.

Features of Ozone Disinfection Room OR-5V:

1. Vacuum system
Form a vacuum room before ozone fumigation to permeate ozone gas into the mattress and linens evenly.

2. Easy operation
Effective and reliable disinfection method with full automatic operation.
Provide documented disinfection evidence by using ozone density data recorder.

3. Safety
The room is equipped with ozone sensor which enables you to see the ozone density in the room all the time.
Vacuum the room at the time of ozone decomposition phase to remove all the ozone gas from inside of the fabrics and materials.
Hermetic sealing doors effectively prevent leakage of ozone gas to the outside of the room.
The room is locked down automatically during the ozone disinfection cycle.
Ozone leakage sensor activates the decompose system when its detect the ozone gas outside of the room, and let you know the leakage by sounding alarm and flashing light.

4. High efficiency ozone generator
Ozone generator is equipped with PSA system capable of creating oxygen from the room air.
