New engine parts factory in Jiangsu China

IHI Shibaura Machinery Corporation has officially opened a new factory for engine parts in Changshu, Jiangsu China.

The new factory will strengthen Shibaura's ability to reduce costs, manage exchange risk and respond quickly to the demand in the rapidly-growing Chinese markets.

The new factory will start with the production of engine parts for Perkins Shibaura Engines (Wuxi) Company Limited.
