General Shareholders Meeting for 74th business period

IHI Shibaura announced the General Shareholders meeting was held at its Headquarter in Tokyo on June 29th, 2007, and the business report for 2006 fiscal year (April 1st, 2006 through March 31st, 2007) and all planned agenda have been approved by its shareholders.

At the board meeting and the auditor's meeting held right after the General Shareholder meeting, following new administration was established and determined their new assignment to manage the next 75th business period.
